The Fabric of You 2018

Award winning short stop motion film written and directed by Josephine Lohoar Self, and influenced by the non-fiction book Maus (1986) by Art Spiegelman. Set in the 1950s at the height of McCarthyism, Josephine designs her characters with mouse heads and human bodies. It is the tale of Michael, a gay tailor and falls in love with Isaac, a customer who enters his workshop. After Isaac's tragic death, Michael is haunted by the event and commits suicide.
